Full solo design and development (Python): lead collection, AI email writing, reply detection, follow-ups and a control dashboard.

- Automatic collection of lead email addresses from OpenStreetMap open data
- A personalized email per lead written with AI (Claude), based on their real website
- Detection of genuine replies, excluding out-of-office auto-responders
